The Problem: Many factoring companies advertise low rates but tack on hidden fees such as processing charges, cancellation penalties, and credit check fees.

Communication: I will go over any and all costs associated with your contract - and everything is negotiable! What works for you may not be the same as another client.
In Writing: All my fees are given to you in writing when you sign the contract, locking them in. Any changes you would have to agree to at that time. Right of refusal is yours.
Simple Charging: Most fees are at the lowest possible cost to you, the client. That's why we offer so many fee free options. If I am charging you, it is because I myself am covering the charge from the bank or service provider.
Customized Plans: Perhaps you may want to use an alternative option to the one I have, that is free. Being small means I CAN DO that without disrupting my business model. I am always open to working with the construct that works best for you.
Payment Mismanagement
The Problem: Delayed payments, misapplied funds, and account errors can cause serious cash flow disruptions.
My Solution: Our streamlined payment process ensures fast, accurate payouts. With real-time account access through our online portal and mobile app, truckers can track invoices, payments, and account statuses 24/7.
Limited Clients: Keeping my client pool smaller means I can stay on top of the daily banking and receipts. This insures all incoming payments (including shorts) are applied and researched with you before it affects your bottom line.
Client Portal: My Rapidfire Portal is up to the minute with charges, invoices, deductions, current and past payments and credit 24/7.

Poor Customer Service
The Problem: Many truckers struggle with unreachable representatives and slow response times, leaving them feeling unsupported.
My Solution: Personalized, one-on-one client service is at the heart of what we do. Every client will have direct access to me, the owner, who can handle anything you have. No middle men, no phone trees, no unanswered calls.
Phones: I have a toll free number that rings directly to me from 7:00 am - 6:00 pm M-F CST. If I am on another line, leave a voicemail and I will call you back immediately.
SMS Text: I have a dedicated SMS Text line that you can use 24/7 for quick action requests. It is only given to clients and will always be manned by me.
Email: As a client, you will receive not only a personal email for me that will alert me 24/7, but automated email for fuel advances, credit requests, invoices and client services. These emails will work without my personal hand involved but will alert me to each new email so I can make any decisions that are needed, if any.
Client Portal: My Rapidfire Portal available 24/7 for checking payments, credit approvals and looking at any cash items. Fuel Advances will also be here.
Inflexible Contracts and High Rates
The Problem: Long-term contracts with hefty cancellation fees and high factoring rates limit truckers' options.
My Solution: I offer flexible, customizable contracts designed to fit individual business needs. My competitive rates and month-to-month agreements allow clients to maintain control without long-term commitments.
Cancellation: Most companies will have some cancellation fee. I am no different. My fee is a flat $200 at exit. This is only to cover the cost of sign up fees on my companies part. I am always open to waiving the fee depending on the situation for the separation and of course if the error is on me.
Monthly: Want to negotiate each month? No problem. I have a month-to-month contract that is perfect for the skeptics. Let me prove I can improve your cash flow without locking you in.
Bi-Yearly: Want a little more bang for your buck? Sign a 6 month contract and get free goodies like no minimum invoice amounts, free non-funded invoices and other free charge items.
Yearly: Want to get up to 50% fuel advances on signup? I do require a 1 year commitment to get fuel advances immediately.
Pressure Tactics and Lack of Transparency

Objections: I am never to busy to hear a complaint or concern. My company does not operate without you! If you need reassurance or want to air a grievance, please do. I am not perfect and I don't expect you to be either. I can take constructive criticism and I want to be my best.
Failures: If I am unable to supply you with the agreed service you signed up for, I can admit defeat. As long as I have given it my all and still not lived up to your needs, I have no shame in letting you go. I will even help the transition to another factoring company and expedite the process. I want happy truckers making a living, not a victim stuck in another no-win situation.
